Alpha Capital Advisory LLC is a boutique investment banking house based in Tbilisi, founded in 2021 by two bankers with careers built across London, New York, Amsterdam and the Caucasus. We are a licensed brokerage firm regulated by the National Bank of Georgia.
We advise issuers, owners and investors on raising debt, buying and selling businesses, and structuring capital. Because we take no proprietary positions and sell no products of our own, our counsel is unbiased — the only interest we carry into a mandate is the client's.
Our ambition is regional: to deepen and professionalise capital markets in Georgia, the South Caucasus and Uzbekistan, and to bring international standards of execution to transactions of every size.
